Karen is one of the founding members of Coolwater. After retiring from American Express, Karen has worked as Office Administrator since 2017.

In addition to working at Coolwater, Karen serves on the Church Board, is active in the church's Outreach efforts, and has served as Champion for the Foothills Hunger Walk.
